Hardware Return Policy

036 Labs hardware devices may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

This includes:

• 036 Labs Player devices
• 036 Labs Bridge devices

To qualify for a return:

• the device must be unused
• original packaging must be included
• proof of purchase must be provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the device arrived defective.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
